THE GRINDER
This is a Modern age revamp 1983 templates; refined with 2010 rail contour and other influences. Note the extra width and curve off the tail block is the magic in these boards. Likened to riding a skateboard on a wave, super fast, floaty, and loose. Curvey and edged out tail medium concave bottom. The Grinder with the extra floaty feel is another easy rider . Preferred lengths between 0 to-3 inches below riders height, depending on rider’s ability, intermediate level can enjoy the extra foam and ride at longer lengths.
Diamond Cutter
Fast clean flowing lines. This board has a bit of old and new hybrid mixed in. Sometimes, it’s just all about just having fun, catching a lot of waves, and going faster than your mates! This“Gem” ridden smaller is a great air board too.We offer the 3+4 Fin convertible on all Diamonds. With a more progressive nose curve and thinned down rail thickness flow. This one lays out like this!
Sprocket
Bat fangs off the corner give a little more bite! 3+4 fin convertible. Good Float. Wide curved center point. Concave bottom. The Bat tail goes back to 1983. They still work great!
Recommended as a Convertible 3+4 Fin set up.
Ridden 2-4 inches below riders height or above,
depending on riders ability! Super fast, skatey, and fun for summer beach breaks or point breaks!

"The
One" is in many ways the ultimate all-rounder. It suits the
broadest range of surfers in the greatest variety of conditions
With all its curves being derived from the high performance Shortboard,
the overall feel is of speed and response. yet, due to the slight
increases in width and thickness, stability is significantly enhanced.
With the small decrease in length, maneuverability in maintained,
which, in combination with the stability, leads to a board which
is super easy to ride and absolutely rips small waves. But don't
forget the very same board can be surfed in bigger waves too,
or else it couldn't be called an all-rounder. this is possible
due to the slightly lower rocker and the smoother fuller planshape.
These moderate curves create the drive and grip reminiscent of
boards from previous decades, but comes together in a package
bearing the refinement and subtlety of the most advanced modern
day craft.
The
McTavish Original model was the first model to really bring
modern Longboarding into the 21st Century!
The board has a radical. 3-stage rocker, with a flat centre
section for fast paddling, and a flipped nose and tail for fast,
loose, down-the-line surfing. The trim channels in the nose
add lift, and also give great control while noseriding. The
template has a wide, stable nose, and a big hip in the tail,
which makes rail to rail transition smooth and controlled. This
board works best with a bit of weight stripped out, and the
SLX epoxy construction delivers this perfectly.
The Original is an ideal addition to any Shortboarders quiver,
or a high-performance option for the Fish/Longboard crew.

Meyerhoffer
– The Evolution of Wave Riding
The Meyerhoffer is possibly the most radical design innovation in
longboarding for a generation. With this ultra-modern take on the
traditional longboard world renowned industrial designer Thomas Meyerhoffer
and Global Surf Industries bring his design excellence into the realm
of the everyday surfer, increasing the ultimate experience and propelling
surfing into the mainstream consciousness more than ever.
Always in search of ways to increase the experience Thomas Meyerhoffer
designs products in the areas of sports, technology and furniture.
His previous experimental surfboards have been included in New York’s
Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum and the Pasadena Museum of California
Art, while Outside Magazine has tipped the Meyerhoffer Longboard in
2009 as ‘a surfing product that will blow your mind.’
Each section of the board is optimized for maximum performance, the
design evolving into an incredibly complex shape with three different
bottom contours that transition smoothly into each other with its
own purified purpose in an organic and seamlessly effective shape.
Just like nature itself. The evolution of the Meyerhoffer has been
a process of taking away more than adding to traditional forms, enabling
Thomas a greater opportunity to shape the board.
“As a designer I believe in the proportions of nature. If you
change a shape in one direction the flow on effect undoubtedly changes
it in the other,” said Thomas.
From the wide tail through a minimal waist and into a more classic
nose, the design brings short board elements into a longer board to
maximize speed and turning, provides paddling ease and high performance
nose riding. Every element of the board provides the ability for smooth
transition from front to back.
